【SSIC】SSICそば打ち体験ツアーを開催しました！
SSIC Soba-Making Experience Tour Held Successfully

SSIC（Sophia Student Integration Commons）は、11号館1階に位置する、学生同士のコミュニケーションを促進することを目的とした交流スペースです。学生センターが運営しており、留学生と日本人学生の交流を支援する様々なプログラムを実施しています。

SSIC (Sophia Student Integration Commons) is a student exchange space located on the first floor of Building 11. It was established to promote communication and interaction among students. Operated by the Center for Student Affairs, SSIC offers various programs designed to foster connections between international and Japanese students.

11月15日、SSICは目白の北東製粉でそば打ち体験ツアーを実施しました。午前と午後の2部構成で、留学生と日本人学生あわせて計20名以上が参加しました。日本の伝統食文化のそばを皆で協力しながらグループでそば打ちし、楽しく交流しました。

プロの職人による丁寧な指導のもと、日本語に不安がある学生も安心してそば打ちの全工程に挑戦でき、手作りそばを味わう達成感とともに笑顔が広がりました。

On November 15, SSIC organized a soba-making experience tour at Hokuto Seifun near Mejiro. More than 20 participants, both international and Japanese students, have joined the morning and afternoon sessions. The event aimed to introduce Japan’s traditional food culture while encouraging natural interaction through group activities.

Under the guidance of a professional soba master, students learned the entire process of making soba noodles. Even students with limited Japanese proficiency could enjoy the experience with confidence. The highlight of the event was tasting the self-made soba, which brought smiles and a sense of accomplishment.
